It takes a calm, collected and skillful individual to adequately understand the needs of each situation, assess the resources for every crisis and coordinate essential emergency services - and yet, they do this countless times every day to save lives and act quickly for those in crisis.

Each April there is a week set aside to spotlight and acknowledge the people who are rarely seen out in front but which are so incredibly vital and essential to emergency services, police, fire and rescue. Please join us in thanking our dispatchers, communication departments and all who hold the lives of so many in their hands every day!
